AvGas 100LL (ASTM D910) is the leaded blue piston-aviation gasoline still used by most certified piston aircraft and many octane-sensitive test stands. Motor/lean octane 100 min and research/rich 130 min define the grade; lead content is capped at 0.56 g/L.
Shop packs are for laboratory and engine-bench programmes, not FBO retail pumps. Expect lower flash point and gasoline hazmat class (UN 1203) — plan packaging, warehouse segregation and export paperwork accordingly.
