Aviation fuel product FAQ

Short answers procurement teams ask before opening a data sheet or sending a tender.

What aviation fuel products does Suat Fuels supply?

Jet A-1, SAF, Avgas 100LL, JP-8 (NATO F-34), JP-5 (NATO F-44), JP-10, F-54, F-67, F-76, HVO/HEFA/FAME feedstocks and glycerin, with into-plane or bulk delivery at 2,200+ airports.

What is the difference between Jet A-1 and JP-8?

Jet A-1 is the civil kerosene specified by ASTM D1655 and DEF STAN 91-091. JP-8 (NATO F-34) is a military kerosene based on Jet A-1 with a required additive package (FSII, CI/LI, SDA) for NATO aircraft and ground equipment.

Can I buy SAF and conventional Jet A-1 from the same supplier?

Yes. Suat Fuels quotes neat or blended SAF (ASTM D7566) alongside conventional Jet A-1 so operators can meet ReFuelEU, CORSIA or airline offtake targets without splitting the supply chain.

What is the typical minimum order for aviation fuel?

Into-plane uplifts can be a single aircraft turn. Bulk, trucked or packed deliveries are quoted from roughly 20,000 litres depending on airport, grade and Incoterms. Defence and feedstock lots are sized to the campaign.

Do you supply feedstock and glycerin as well as finished fuels?

Yes. The same desk trades UCO, vegetable oils and other HVO/HEFA/FAME feedstocks plus crude and refined glycerin, with ISCC documentation where the offtake requires it.
