JAA in this shop denotes Jet A / Jet A-1 style base fuel treated with the military-style additive package: FSII (DiEGME), corrosion inhibitor/lubricity improver (CI/LI) and static dissipater (SDA). It bridges civil kerosene chemistry and additive-system qualification work.
Use packaged JAA when you need to stress fuel-system ice protection, conductivity and lubricity without ordering a full JP-8 mil-spec lot. Confirm additive treat rates on the CoA for the batch you receive.
